27 December 2018 I provide rent a cab service and charge GST @ 5% on it. Can I claim ITC on Motor Vechile Purchased and ITC on repair & maintenance service

27 December 2018 No, you can't claim ITC as you are charging 5% GST. To claim ITC you have to charge 12% GST.
