One of my was wholesale trader of exempted goods (banana) he wants to purchase of machinery for preservation of banana. the cost of machinery will be more than 13,00,00,0 lakhs rupees. my question is he can claim itc on purchase of capital goods under gst act, because he make sales only exempted goods only, please the help me to claim the itc paid on capital goods
