27 February 2019 Voluntary filing is not possible unless you get an order u/s 119(2)(b) from the
Commissioner of Income tax.

27 February 2019 So then I can file return for ay2018-19 now. Means before March 19 by paying tax. Is their any penalty for paying taxes
