24 August 2018 I'm registering a new private limited company with RoC in MCA portal.
According to the portal I have to submit SPICe-32 form along with all the required documents.
For a private limited company (limited by shares) is it mandatory to submit eMOA(INC-33) & eAOA(INC-34) along with SPICe - 32 ?
