Our Cable provider is charging Rs.250 PM but not giving any bill or receipt. According to him he is paying all taxes regular. But as I Know he not making payment to any taxes. His all business around 12-13 Lacs per anum. please tell me which indirect taxes he have to pay? Pl provide if any reference is their .
