Sir i had filed itr u in January 24 (A.Y. 2023-24) but intimation still not received and return is showing not processed .As per rule time limit for receiving intimation will be December 24. My query is if there are any practical cases you have seen in which intimation is not received within time limit and thereafter filed return/acknowledgement is treated as deemed intimation. How much such cases you have seen practically just rough idea
