Whether Interest U/s 234B can be lavied if the income tax return was filed under 115JA i.e. under MAT.

Yes. Interest u/s 234B & 234C will be levied if ITR is filed under MAT.
14 January 2010
Circular 13 of 2001 dated 09/11/2001 reported in 252 ITR (ST) 50 says interest is to be levied.
