Interest on FDR Shown In Form-26AS but not Credited to the Bank account. is it treated as accrued interest and what will be the value of FDR in Balance Sheet (FDR at Original Value or FDR +Accrued intt?

Yes it's treated as accrued and show in BS FDR +Accrued int.
