I am a medical practitioner.I have to import medicines for my practice from another state.Shall I have to take rsgistration under GST Law?

12 July 2017 No need of GST registration for interstate purchase. You need GST registration if your medicine sales exceed 20 lacs.

12 July 2017 rightly said.. inter state purchase doesn't require GST registration however inter state sales require GST registration
