For a private company you need to attach only the M.O.A and A.O.A of the new company.you need to attach a printed or typewritten copy of MoA an AoA along with subscribers signature. You need to upload form 18 & 32 simultaneously with form 1 so keep those 2 ready when u upload form 1.
