I FILED RETURN FOR A.Y.2017-18 UNDER SECTION 44AD AND NET A.Y.2018-19 RETURN FILED U/S 44AB AUDITED ON REGULAR BOOKS OF A/C MAINTAIN NOW I CAN FILE RETURN FOR A.Y.2019-20 U/S 44AD ?

No, you can't file return under 44AD for AY 2019-20 you have to wait for next 5 years.
