SHE IS FILING INDIVIDUAL RETURN.

In case of e filing check the refund status online. In case of paper return write a letter on plain paper to ITO wit relevant details and request to speed up the refund process.
Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker. If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status.
