08 March 2014 Dear Sir/Madam,
Kindly help me out in a matter
My friend filed an ITR 1 through a CA but he didnt gave him the copy of acknowledgement and now he wants me to file his ITR but the CA is not giving his password and to crack the password we dont have the acknowledgement number and we even dont know the answers of the security questions.

Kindly suggest

08 March 2014 If you're not able to reset the password with any options, please send an email to - validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details

PAN
PAN holder's Name
Date of Birth / Date of Incorporation
Father's Name
Registered PAN address

Or u can make a digital signature & upload that to open ur account.

08 March 2014 Dear Sandeep,
If we request to reset the password through validate@incometax.gov.in then the new password will send to the registered email id & i dont have access to the registered email id.

08 March 2014 1. Reply to e-mail to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in will go the that email id given at the time creating the password.

2. Now reset through 'Digital signature certificate'is the only option available.

08 March 2014 Dont need to take dsc u can also file return via www.taxcloudindia.com which will not ask for ur efiling website
.
Once u filed return u reset password with itrv ackn no. And bank account no. Used...
Itrv will be mailed to u once u filed return in this way

.

Note:above process recommended if dsc is not mandatory to file return
