Income from house property clubbing

03 July 2018 Hi I want to know if a house property is in the name of wife n husband is a retired pensioner.The monthly rent received from this property is Rs10000.Will it be clubbed to the income of husband in his returns.The land was gifted or may be acquired back by his wife from his uncle(Father's brother) in 1986 thru an affidavit and now in 2009 got registered in her name.Pls can someone tell me if the rental income will be clubbed with Husband if they want to show income from house property?
