Hello Experts, One of the employee has received incentives and paid through online transfer. Later this has been shown in the salary slip in that month as earnings and simultaneously it has been shown as deduction side as other deductions. Is this a correct process please let me know and explain me the process. Also do each company has different process like this.

Yes, it is correct process to credit the incentive amount to salary. Doubt is whether it is deductible, as most of the incentives are taxable.
