In which site we can file the TDS return after the change in the website?

It's in the changed site www.incometax.gov.in
Login with TAN credentials. Under e-file tab>> income tax forms >> File income tax forms. You will be able to upload the zip file. Remaining procedure are same as earlier.

Am not able to proceed. Do we need to register Digital signature?

Yes. It was communicated before launch of new portal that earlier registered DSC's could not be migrated to the new portal due to security and technical reasons. Hence need to re-register the current valid DSC to proceed further.

Download new DSC utility from Income tax website and re register in New Income Tax website

Agreed, download DSC utility along with Embridge software to register your DSC.

I tried. they are asking for 4 digit pan numeric value and date of birth. Its not getting processed. We are running a trust. Shall I give trust PAN details or the person who is having DSC ?

When you are registring the DSC for trust, the details should be given of the TRUST... for verification...
