Whether hsg Society should register under GST? Will the monthly maintenance collection attract GST? THRESHOLD limit of Rs 20 lakes will apply. What about claiming ITC if not registered with GST?

Monthly maintenance collection exceeding 5000 attracts GST. Threshold of 20 lacs applicable for registration including collection less than 5000(exempted turnover). GST registration required for ITC claim.
