Can HRA exemption be gratned to Employee who is paying rent for his dependent parnets who are living in Jammu while the employee himselfis living in Delhi, a House which he has purchased on loan from Bank and also claiming rebate under section 24.
Please guide with givng relevant case law or section reference.
