How to show previous year loss in housing loan interest

Can I use BFL to show undeclared housing loan interest of previous years ? I have not filed earlier year's housing loan interest as I was showing HRA in same city.

Unless it was declared in original ITR, the same will not be allowed during assessment of current year ITR.
