How to know our company name is registerd

i m apply compnay regirstration.of sukhsagar publication pvt ltd. but how i know sukhsagar is not registerd in india so kindly help me to provide web site name then i check that comapny is abailalbe or not
pls help me its very argent...

On the home page, click on 'check company or llp name' under QUICK LINKS.
Fill up the name in the next appearing screen and
Click on 'search'.
Result will be displayed in next screen.

if it says no result or your company name not appeared in list said name was not registered
