Holding of Annual General Meeting of an unregistered Association.

06 April 2022 We have an unregistered Association of Persons(AOP) having PAN in the name of the Association.
In our Agreement of Association of Persons, there is no mention of holding Annual General Meeting . Can it be held now without the amendments of the Agreement?[lease suggest.
