It is given under Professional ethics, that a CA who is in practice having full time COP is generally given permission to accept a full time employment under a Chartered Accountant in practice or a firm of such chartered accountants.

This is not correct Sir, Even if a ca is in employment in industry other than ca firm then also he is eligible to have part time cop. but my question is that if a ca is employee under a ca firm then he can hold full time cop. There should be any difference in employment under ca firm and that under industry because it is specifically given under ethics that employment under ca firm is generally permissible, not under industry.
