CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT DOCUMENTS NED TO BE CHECKED IN CASE OF HIGH SEA SALES DURING VAT AUDIT.

1.High Sea Sale Agreement
2.Bill of Entry-It should be in the name of High Sea Purchaser
3.Verify all the bills for clearence of goods from port to purchasers premises

27 November 2013 Dear Madam,
Instead of the Bill of entry I have the sea waybill of lading mentioning the hire purchase seller's name as the consignee.
Also could you elaborate which bills need to be checked for clearance of goods from port to purchasers premises as stated in your reply.
