GSTR2B not generated

Hello
at 3B this msg is showing "System has not generated summary of Table 3.1(d) and Table 4 of FORM GSTR-3B on the basis of your GSTR-2B as same is not generated for the current tax period."
& at 2B "GSTR-2B is being generated and should be available by 14/08/2021. Either you do not have any records in GSTR-2B or the generation is still in progress. If you are still not able to access it, please raise a ticket with GST support team." this msg is showing..
what is the solution??

If you taking about August period i think you should wait till the due date of GSTR-1 for the month of August

Raise a ticket with GST support team.
Fill GSTR 3B with figures of GSTR 2A if possible.
Fill GSTR 3B with figures of GSTR 2A if possible.

Mostly it is because, you might not had made any purchases from a registered supplier or you might had made but none of them had filed their GSTR 1 within their due date. Check 2A once, if they had filed after due date, then you will get those entries reflected in your next month ie., August month GSTR 2B
