04 August 2019 RCM liability (URD purchase) for the F.Y. 2017-18 is not paid till the date.Where to declare the same in GSTR - 9? and How to pay the same now?

Whether same is required to disclose in GSTR - 9C if paid before filing of GSTR - 9C.
