I had purchased 2 wheeler insurance policy from ICICI Lombard.
Total Premium Paid is Rs. 1364
(Total Package premium is 1156 + 9% CGST + 9% SGST)
I reside in Haryana and ICICI Lombard head office is in Maharashtra.
So how they had charged CGST & SGST...?
They should have charged IGST as there is inter state supply of services.

Today they had issued final policy document and in that IGST is charged on Rs. 1156@18%
Yesterday the soft copy which is generated immediately after paying the premium was wrong.

As per my view., Firstly they received Policy from intra state branch and give you Proforma / Invoice for order taken and decided given from Intra State. But., After their decisions they will give it Inter State supply then given IGST Invoice...
