if i pay rs 2000 as freight
should i pay gst @5% on 2000.00
or
should i pay gst on 2000-750 = 1250 @ 5%
or
is there any other method kindly confirm

what is the difference between these two:
goods, where gross amount charged for the transportation of goods on a consignment transported in a single carriage does not exceed one thousand five hundred rupees;
