Please confirm the GST rate of turbine equipment supplies to waste to energy plant. Whether it covers entry in chapter 84, 85, 94 of gst

but in 8406 it is a specific entry @ 18%. is there any case study available for waste to energy plant supplied equipments chargeable at 5 % ? Please suggest
