I have a restaurant and sale food through Zomato. Zomato pays me after deduction its commission. In my GST return should I pay GST on the net amount. Please help me.

You have to Pay GST on Gross amount i.e. before deducting Commission. Example :
Taxable Value 100 + 5% GST = 105/- (Bill Amount) so you have to pay entire Rs. 5/- as GST (if you are not opted for Composition Scheme for Restaurants)
