Dear All.
we have to raise commission invoice to foreign company ( Hong Kong) 1.5Cr, we have to pay any GST to Govt on this invoice.

The service receiver is foreign company and you will receive the amount in foreign currency hence it will fall under export of service and GST not applicable.
