I purchased a flat on which i paid the GST . Now the builder has charged GST @ 18% on Advance Maintenance Chagres. My question is do we need to pay GST on Maintenance charges .

Yes, GST payable on maintenance charges paid to builder.
Form maintenance society upto Rs 7500 per month no GST payable.
