ABC company has received a GST notice, then they have CGST,SGST and IGST tax which is less than 4,000\- , then how much is the penalty???

For tax amounts less than ₹4,000, the penalty is typically waived or reduced. The late fee is ₹25 per day, capped at ₹500 (CGST) + ₹500 (SGST/UTGST) or ₹1,000 (IGST).
