Sir if I purchase something from unregistered dealer then I have to deposit the tax under RCM. I am registered dealer, then Is I have to pay from my side or collect form unregistered person.

The Reverse Charge has to be paid by registered recipient and the necessary Input Tax Credit claimed in the next month. Further, details of such purchases have to be uploaded in the registered dealers GSTR - 1.
