Let me give you one scenario (This is the practical thing which I have experienced)
There is a news paper agency XYZ . It collects GST for add posting work on behalf of its main agency. But, this sub agency does not have its own GST number and does not provide bill. Amount is below Rs. 500/- But, is it possible to collect GST without raising a bill? Pls. guide
