I am a Tax consultant. I have around 300 clients. 60% of my clients have annual turnover above 1 Crore. Will GST affect my work or income?

You have to register under GST(migrate to GST in case of registered under service tax) and pay 18% GST on the charges to collect. You can collect the GST by issuing tax invoice to your clients.
