Sir, A Doctor maintained a hospital rent paid to non gst registered person rs:1,20,000/-yearly. A Doctor maintained gst registered a pharmacy store rent paid to non gst registered person rs:60,000 /- yearly Question: 1.above mentioned two transactions gst applicable 2.if gst applicable tax paid on rent for tenant or building owner.
