Will GST Tax Collected on sales be included in Total Turnover or Gross Receipts u/s 44 AD ??

24 July 2018 Yes... GST X VAT tax is included if File ITR u/s 44ad... As per 44ad Your all business related receipts is calculated as turn over including Tax (GST / VAT) tax...
