Gratuity received for less than 5yrs of experiance?

20 February 2013 What if an employee receives gratuity even though he didn't serve 5yrs to the company? can he claim gratuity exemption? what are the provisions related to this?

27 February 2013 If the employee has completed 4 years & 240 days of service, he is eligible for gratuity.
