In your case ROC has not pointed out resubmission due to similarity in names, So ROC might approve this name but it will be the sole discretion of ROC.
Few Companies will similar names exist For e.g ABC Builders Pvt Ltd and ABC Builders and Developers Private Limited.

apostrophy in the name is not allowed, submit fresh names Form should be resubmitted by 20/04/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956) Above mentioned remark given by ROC

before resubmitting e-form 1A with the proposed name stating with 'ARADHYA'
