Kindly clarify that " FORM INC-22A".
And, Who needs to fill that form.

01 March 2019 Every company incorporated on or before 31-12-2017 shall file the said form.

02 March 2019 Form INC 22A is not related to income tax..but for the Companies, Act, 2013.
