WHILE TRANSFERRING AMOUNT FROM NRI A/C TO FOREIGN BANK A/C THROUGH A POWER OF ATTORNEY WHAT PROCEDURE WILL BE FOLLOWED WHILE FILLING FORM 15CA? WHO SHOULD FILE FORM 15CA (i.e. ASSESSEE OR POWER OF ATTORNEY)?

Assessee has to file form 15CA.

but he has given power of attorney to another person who deals with all his transactions.

In general cases, Bank is AD for doing such transactions and holds a POA and gives 15CA. 15 CB is applicable if account from which money is transfrred is NRO
