Dear Sir, A Taxpayer forget his login password. Aadhaar is not linked with PAN. Some disability on his thumb. So option of DSC can not be use. A application sent to income tax in e-mail id "validate@incometaxindia.gov.in" but this email id is not valid. Now the taxpayer have any option to reset his login password.
