Dear Sir,
mera ek grahak europe mai hai aur vo chahata hai hum uske dwara india mai rakhe gaye employee ko payment kare aur uske liye hum party ko invoice bana kar us$ mai amt mangawale. invoice mai mention kare ki "quality control charges" kya hum esa kar sakte hai aur income tax, service tax lagega ya nahi krapaya bataye.
we are handicraft export units.

ho sakta hai aur aap tax se bach bhi sakte hai lekin aap proper ca se salah le to behtar hoga kyu ki proper structure karna padega varna tax lag jayega.
sirf income tax angle se kaha hai. service tax vagere ke liye bhi salah le.
