05 March 2018 Hi, We started a trust in 2016, we received foreign funds, what are all the rules and regulations we need to follow?
What are all tge compliance we need?
Any restriction for receiving funds?

05 March 2018 Yes restrictions are there in receiving foreign funds by trusts.
FCRA registration and annual filings are required. See the link.
