For getting Relief u/s 10E must be filed before filling ITR 1

I want to know we must have to submit online form 10E online for getting relief before filling ITR 1 online??

Suppose i will submit after filling of ITR 1 then relief will be available or not??

Clarify me at earliest.

27 July 2022 It should have been filed before processing of the return.
Generally, it should be filed on or before filing ITR.
