03 January 2018 IF a professional have income from partnership professional firm (remuneration, interest, profit) and also have part time professional income other than partnership professional income and want to adopt the U/s 44ADA for part time professional income than while filling in ITR 3 it is required to fill the balance sheet and P/L portion for his income.
