Sir, wont I get 15 months as a newly incorporated Co?

No , because you will get 15 months where it has been incorporated on or after the 1st day of January of a year, the period ending on the 31st day of March of the following year will be the FY per section 2(41) of the Co's Act,2013.

IN CASE OF NEWLY INCORPORATED COMPANIES, THE FINANCIAL YEAR WILL BE FROM THE DATE OF INCORPORATION TILL 31ST MARCH OF THE YEAR
