Receipts from General insurance (surveyor Fee) TDS made under section 194J, he can file under 44AD or 44ADA.

02 November 2017 1. 44 ADA is not applicable.

2. Since tax is deducted u/s 194J , litigation may arise for the applicability of 44AD.
