I have a Private Limited Company (incorporated in 2015). After that No transactions done.
Is it necessary to File Income Tax Returns for the F.Y 2015-16, 2016-17 & 2017-18. Previous Years 2015-16 & 2016-17 already closed. Now how can i file ITR for the F.Y 2015-16 & 2016-17. Even MCA Site Annual Returns filing also necessary. So Pls help in this situation both ITR & MCA Site

1. Income tax return filing of company is mandatory. But returns for fy..2015-16 and 2016-17 can't be filed voluntarily now, being barred by time.
2. MCA return can be filed,though belatedly, with additional fee.
