I'm doing civil construction work.In assessment year 2014-15 total t/o of my entity is Rs. 1.5 Cr. and tax audit was done.In A.y 2015-16 total t/o is Rs 78 Lacs. Can i file return under section 44AD on presumptive basis for A.Y. 2015-16.
